  • 1packets V2 Plant Based Burgers
  • 4 seeded brioche buns, sliced in half, toasted
  • 1 oak lettuce, washed
  • 4 slices Swiss or American cheese slices (optional)
  • 1 large tomato, sliced thinly
  • Always Fresh cucumbers dill , sliced (to serve)
  • 1 red onion, sliced thinly, separated into rings
  • 1teaspoons sea salt (to taste)
  • aioli (to serve)
  • mustard (to taste)
  • Heinz Tomato Ketchup (optional)
  • butter, melted

Method

Step 1 of 2

Season your v2burger patty with sea salt and grill on both sides, about two minutes per side. Brush the patties with butter and top with a slice of cheese while still hot so the cheese melts (both optional - or use a dairy free alternative!)

Step 2 of 2

Remove the patties from the grill and stack with your favourites! We went for mustard, pickles, sliced onion, sliced tomato, oak lettuce and aioli on a lightly toasted brioche bun.
