  • 1packets 400g pkt Mr Chen’s Singapore Noodles
  • 2 cloves garlic, crushed
  • 1teaspoons sesame oil
  • 2tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 1packets woolworths cook stir fry mix superfood vegetables
  • 2teaspoons sesame seeds, toasted
  • 120grams spring onions, thinly sliced, to serve

Description

VIBRANT & HEARTY With Mr Chen’s range of dumplings, noodles and sauces, you can have a satisfying noodle stir-fry with succulent pork dumplings on the table in minutes.

Method

Step 1 of 4

Combine sauces, garlic and sesame oil in a small bowl.

Step 2 of 4

Place half of the vegetable oil and fl cup cold water in a large non-stick frying pan over medium heat. Add dumplings and cook, covered, for 7 minutes. Uncover and cook over medium-high heat for 4 minutes or until water has evaporated and dumplings are golden underneath. Transfer to a plate and set aside.

Meanwhile, prepare noodles according to packet instructions.

Heat remaining oil in same cleaned frying pan over high heat. Cook vegetables for 1 minute, stirring, or until tender. Add noodles and sauce mixture, then cook for 2 minutes, stirring, or until noodles are heated through and sauce has thickened slightly and is glossy. Add dumplings and toss to coat. Serve topped with sesame seeds and onion.
