- 450grams Woolworths microwave long-grain white rice
- 2teaspoons vegetable oil
- 400grams Woolworths pork and veal meatballs
- 400grams Woolworths Cook stir-fry kit with honey-soy sauce
- 1teaspoons sesame seeds, toasted
Description
With just five ingredients, this recipe smacks of dinnertime easy. Prepared meatballs, microwave rice, and a tasty honey-soy stir-fry kit combine to create a flavour journey any day of the week.
Method
Step 1 of 3
Heat rice in the microwave according to packet instructions.
Step 2 of 3
Meanwhile, heat oil in a large frying pan over medium-high heat. Cook meatballs for 8 minutes, turning, or until cooked through. Add sauce from kit and 2 tbs water. Stir to coat, then simmer for 2 minutes until sticky. Transfer to a bowl. Cover to keep warm.

Wipe pan clean. Add vegetables from kit to pan. Stir-fry for 1 minute until just tender. Divide rice and vegetables among bowls. Top with meatballs and sprinkle with sesame seeds. Serve.
