  • 1/2 cup sriracha mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup salt-reduced soy sauce
  • 2tablespoons honey
  • 1tablespoons sesame seeds
  • 2tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 400grams Woolworths Korean style salad kit
  • 450grams pkt microwave jasmine rice

Description

This sriracha chicken drumstick recipe is sure to become a family favourite. Serve the chicken with crunchy slaw and rice and beat the midweek dinner rush.

Method

Step 1 of 3

Preheat oven to 210°C/190°C fan-forced. Line a large baking dish with foil, then baking paper.

Step 2 of 3

Place drumsticks, mayonnaise, soy, honey, sesame seeds and oil in a large bowl. Toss until chicken is well coated. Transfer to dish. Add cup water. Bake, turning every 15 minutes, for 45 minutes or until chicken is golden and cooked through. Cover dish with foil and rest for 5 minutes.

Meanwhile, make slaw according to packet instructions. Heat rice according to packet instructions. Serve chicken with slaw and rice.
