- 2tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
- 1 brown onion, finely chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, crushed
- 2 carrots, finely chopped
- 500grams lamb mince
- 130grams Mutti Double Concentrated Tomato Paste
- 1/4 bunch continental parsley, chopped
- 100grams Danish feta, crumbled
- 1/4 cup pine nuts, toasted

Description
A hearty and flavourful Italian dish where tender lamb, sweet carrots, and aromatic onion and garlic stew in a rich tomato sauce. This easy ragu is perfect for a cosy night in.
Method
Step 1 of 3
Cook pasta following packet instructions. Drain.
Step 2 of 3
Meanwhile, heat oil in a large frying pan over high heat. Add onion, garlic and carrot. Cook for 5 minutes. Add lamb. Cook for 3 minutes or until browned. Add paste and ½ cup water.
Step 3 of 3
Cook for 3 minutes. Toss pasta though lamb mixture. Serve sprinkled with parsley, feta and pine nuts.
