  • 1/2 cup Chobani Plain Greek Yogurt
  • 1/4 iceberg lettuce, finely shredded

Description

Whip up dinner for the family quick smart with the help of Old El Paso Tortilla Pockets Kit and creamy Chobani Plain Greek Yogurt.

Method

Step 1 of 3

Heat oil in a large frying pan over high heat. Cook capsicum and chicken for 3 minutes, stirring, or until browned and cooked through. Add beans and seasoning (from kit) and cook for 2 minutes, stirring, or until coated and heated through.

Step 2 of 3

Meanwhile, heat tortillas according to packet instructions. Juice half of a lime. Combine yogurt and lime juice in a small bowl. Season with pepper.

Step 3 of 3

Cut remaining limes into wedges. Fill tortillas with chicken mixture, lettuce and salsa (from kit). Dollop over a little yogurt mixture. Serve with lime wedges and remaining yogurt mixture.
