Description
Banana bread is now even easier to enjoy at home thanks to this simple slow cooker recipe with yoghurt, banana chips and strawberries. How sweet does that sound?
Method
Step 1 of 3
Grease and line the bowl of a 5.5L slow cooker with baking paper.
Step 2 of 3
Using the back of a fork, mash bananas in a large bowl until almost smooth. Add condensed milk and stir to combine. Fold in flour. Pour mixture into slow cooker.
Step 3 of 3
Place a clean tea towel over top of bowl, then secure with lid and cook on ‘low’ for 2 hours or until a skewer inserted in centre comes out clean. Allow to cool for 15 minutes, then slice and dust with icing sugar. Slice banana bread into squares. Serve with yoghurt, banana chips and strawberries.
