  • 1/2 cup shaved parmesan
  • 1/2 cup basil leaves
  • 2teaspoons white wine vinegar

Description

Make the most of leftover burger patties in this easy salad recipe. It's got it all - fresh veggies, crispy bacon and sliced burger patties.

Method

Step 1 of 3

Heat 1 tbs oil in a large frying pan over medium-high heat. Cook bacon, stirring, for 3 minutes or until golden and crisp. Transfer to a paper towel-lined plate.

Step 2 of 3

Heat another 1 tbs oil in same pan over medium-high heat. Cook patties, turning occasionally, for 7 minutes or until browned and cooked through. Transfer to a board. Thinly slice.

Step 3 of 3

Arrange lettuce on a platter. Top with patties, bacon, tomato, onion, cheese and basil. Drizzle with vinegar and remaining oil. Season and serve.
