  • 3tablespoons honey
  • 1 lemon, halved
  • 1tablespoons sesame seeds
  • 3tablespoons olive oil
  • 200grams solanato tomatoes

Method

Step 1 of 4

Preheat the oven to 200°C fan forced. Spread the Broccolini® over the base of a roasting pan.

Step 2 of 4

Mix the oil and honey together then pour over the Broccolini®, turn to coat, then spread the Broccolini® out in a single layer. Place lemon halves into the pan, cut side down.

Step 3 of 4

Roast for 12 minutes, turning twice or until Broccolini® is almost tender. Add the tomatoes and roast for a further 5 minutes. Meanwhile, toast the sesame seeds in a small non-stick frying pan over high heat until lightly golden.

Step 4 of 4

Squeeze the soft roasted lemon over the Broccolini® and tomatoes, sprinkle with sesame seeds and serve.
