  • 2tablespoons butter, melted
  • 1tablespoons honey
  • 4 small minikin (or gold nugget pumpkins)

Step 1 of 1

Preheat oven to 200°C. Line a baking tray with baking paper. Cut pumpkins into 8 wedges and scoop out seeds. Brush wedges with butter and season with salt and pepper. Roast for 10 minutes. Drizzle with honey and cook for 20 minutes more or until tender and golden.
