- 1L fruit juice
- 1 apple
- 1 pear
- 1 kiwifruit
- 5 strawberries
- 1/2 punnet blueberries
- 6teaspoons gelatine powder
- 2 nectarines

Method
Step 1 of 6
Prepare the fruit. Peel kiwifruit, quarter lengthways and slice.
Step 2 of 6
Remove top from strawberries, halve and slice. Dice apple, pear and nectarines.
Step 3 of 6
Dissolve 3 teaspoon of the gelatine in 1/4 cup boiling water. Whisk well until dissolved. Cool for 5 minutes then stir in 2 cups of juice.
Step 4 of 6
Spoon some of the prepared fruit and blueberries into the base of each plastic cup. You can use a mixture of fruit if you like. Pour a cup of juice over fruit to cover.

Place a spoon into the juice. Chill in the refrigerator for about 20 minutes until set.
Step 6 of 6
While the first layer of jelly is setting, dissolve the remaining gelatine in boiling water as before. Repeat layers of fruit and jelly.
