Method

Step 1 of 2

Heat burgers according to packet instructions. Transfer patties to a chopping board and cut in half crossways.

Step 2 of 2

Spread cut-sides of rolls with avocado. Place patties, tomato and spinach on roll bases. Top with cucumber and season with pepper. Sandwich with roll tops. Serve.
