Method
Step 1 of 4
Preheat oven to 180ºC
Melt the butter, golden syrup and caster sugar in a saucepan over medium heat until the sugar has dissolved.
Step 2 of 4
Pour the wet ingredients into the dry and mix thoroughly.
Step 3 of 4
Roll into small balls and flatten with a fork.
Step 4 of 4
Bake for 10-12 minutes or 15 minutes if you want a crispier biscuit.
Cool on a rack before attempting to eat as they will be soft when they come out of the oven. They will crisp up once they are cool.
These biscuits if cooked to 15 minutes, are dunkable.
