  • 700grams Woolworths BBQ Slow Cooked Pulled Pork Burger Kit
  • 200grams Woolworths classic slaw
  • 1/3 cup aioli
  • 1/4 cup white vinegar
  • 2teaspoons sugar
  • 1 Lebanese cucumbers, thinly sliced

Description

Load up burger buns with juicy pulled pork, coleslaw, pickled cucumbers and aioli for an irresistible flavour combination.

Method

Step 1 of 5

To make the pickled cucumber, combine white wine vinegar and sugar in a small bowl and stir until sugar dissolves. Add cucumber and set aside for 10 minutes.

Meanwhile, preheat barbecue plate on medium. Cut open pork packet and empty contents into foil tray. Place tray on barbecue plate. Cook, breaking up pork with 2 forks, for 15 minutes or until thoroughly heated through and juices begin to simmer. Remove from barbecue. Add barbecue sauce from kit sachet and stir to combine.

Split buns. Add, cut side down, to barbecue plate. Cook for 1 minute or until toasted.

Step 4 of 5

Drain cucumber, reserving 1/4 cup of the pickling liquid. Place the slaw in a bowl. Add reserved pickling liquid and toss to combine.

Step 5 of 5

Place buns bases on a board. Spread 1 tbs aioli onto each bun base. Top with pork, coleslaw and pickled cucumbers. Sandwich with bun tops and serve.
