Description
Comforting quick and easy fresh apple crumble will have your house smelling incredible for hours. Serve this crumble warm with a scoop of ice-cream.
Method
Step 1 of 4
Turn the pressure cooker onto medium heat. Once hot add 50g of butter to the pot stirring until melted add in half of the brown sugar, cinnamon and nutmeg mixing until the sugar is dissolved before adding the water, lemon juice and apples to the pressure cooker.
Step 2 of 4
Place the remainder of the butter into a glass or microwave safe bowl, melting the butter in the microwave. Mix the melted butter together with the flour, rolled oats and the remainder of the brown sugar mixing until it starts to clump together.
Step 3 of 4
Add the crumble topping to the pressure cooker covering up the apples. Secure the lid, cook on medium heat for 10 minutes before removing from the heat allowing the pressure cooker to slow release for 20-30 minutes.
Step 4 of 4
Carefully remove the lid scooping the crumble into bowls.
