- 1/2 punnet chives, finely chopped
- 500grams cooked tiger prawns, peeled, deveined, roughly chopped
- 1 little gem lettuce, small leaves picked, large leaves roughly chopped
- 1/2 avocado, deseeded, cut into thick wedges

Description
Turn the classic prawn cocktail into delicate sliders. They're perfect to serve at your next festive feast and they're ready in just 15 minutes.
Method
Step 1 of 3
Preheat oven to 220°C/200°C fan-forced. Place buns on a baking tray and bake for 5 minutes or until toasted.
Step 2 of 3
Meanwhile, combine Tabasco, tomato sauce, mayonnaise and half of the chives in a medium bowl. Add prawn and stir to combine.
Step 3 of 3
Divide lettuce, prawn mixture and avocado among bun bases. Sprinkle over remaining chives then sandwich with bun tops. Serve.
