- 1 bunch bok choy, sliced
- 2 cm piece ginger, peeled, grated
- 4 spring onions, sliced diagonally
- 1tablespoons sweet chilli sauce
- 2 cups rice, steamed (to serve)
- 2tablespoons soy sauce
- 600grams pork fillet, cut into thin strips
- 2tablespoons slivered almonds, toasted
- 3 stick celery, sliced diagonally
- 2tablespoons vegetable oil
- 2 cloves garlic, crushed

Combine plum sauce, soy and sweet chill sauce in a jug.
Step 2 of 2
Heat oil in a wok over high heat. Stir-fry pork in batches for 2 minutes or until golden. Transfer to a plate. Reserve 2 tbs of the onion for garnishing and add remainder to wok with ginger, garlic, celery and bok choy stalks. Stir-fry for 2 minutes. Add sauce mixture and toss to combine. Return pork to wok with bok choy leaves and cook for 2 minutes or until heated through. Serve with rice, garnished with reserved onions and almonds.
