  • 1/3 cup olive oil
  • 2 cup pomegranate juice

Method

Step 1 of 2

To make the pomegranate molasses, combine pomegranate juice, sugar and lemon juice in a small saucepan. Stir over medium heat for 3 minutes or until sugar dissolves, then simmer for 30 minutes or until thick and syrupy. Remove from heat and cool.

Step 2 of 2

For the dressing, place 1/4 cup pomegranate molasses, oil, orange juice, zest and ginger in a jar. Shake well to combine. Stir in arils. Serve.
