  • 1tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
  • 2packets gem lettuce, leaves separated
  • 250grams cherry tomatoes, sliced
  • 4 gherkins, sliced
  • 150grams BioCreamy Dairy Free

Description

Method

Step 1 of 3

Preheat oven to 220°C/200°C fan-forced. Grease and line a baking tray with baking paper. Spread fries over prepared tray. Bake fries for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.

Step 2 of 3

Meanwhile, preheat a char-grill or barbecue over medium-high heat. Brush patties with oil. Add to grill and cook for 3-4 minutes each side or until browned and heated.

Step 3 of 3

Arrange lettuce, tomato, gherkins, fries and patties in bowls. Drizzle with dairy-free spread. Season with freshly ground black pepper. Serve.
