- 250grams plain sweet biscuits
- 250grams dark chocolate chips
- 2 Top’n’Fill caramel
- 125grams unsalted butter, melted
- 5milliliter virgin olive oil spray
- 1/4 cup unsalted roasted peanuts
- 1/2 cup crunchy peanut butter
Method
Step 1 of 4
Preheat oven to 180°C. Line the base and sides of a 31x20cm slice pan with baking paper.

Crumble biscuits into a food processor and process until they resemble fine breadcrumbs. Add butter and process until combined. Press mixture firmly over base of pan and freeze for 10 minutes.

Meanwhile, empty caramel into a bowl. Add peanut butter and whisk until smooth. Pour over biscuit base and use the back of a spoon to spread evenly. Bake for 20 minutes.
Step 4 of 4
Meanwhile, combine chocolate chips and peanuts in a bowl. Lightly spray surface of caramel layer with oil. While still hot, scatter chocolate mixture over caramel. Return to oven for 5 minutes or until chocolate has melted. Use the back of a clean spoon to spread chocolate evenly. Chill for 4 hours or until firm and set. Cut into bars to serve.
