- 8 fresh or frozen raspberries
- 1/2 small beetroot, washed, roughly chopped
- 1/4 cup fresh or frozen blueberries
- 1tablespoons pistachio kernels (plus extra to serve)

Method
Step 1 of 1
Place peach, raspberries, beetroot, blueberries and pistachios in a blender with 4 ice cubes and blitz until smooth. Serve topped with cacao nibs, extra pistachios, fresh raspberries and strawberries.
