Method

Step 1 of 3

Drain peaches, reserving 1/4 cup peach juice. Mix oats, milk and reserved juice in a bowl. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate overnight.

Step 2 of 3

Heat a frying pan over medium-high heat. Add peaches, then cook, turning occasionally, for 2 minutes or until caramelised.

Step 3 of 3

Divide oat mixture among bowls. Top with peaches and supergrain bar. Serve with extra milk.
