  • 2 cup shredded mozzarella
  • 2/3 cup basil pesto
  • 1/2 prep set go sliced tri colour capsicum

Description

Short on time? These quick and easy vegetarian pizzas only take 20 minutes to make. Load them up with pesto, capsicum or any other toppings you love.

Method

Step 1 of 4

Place flatbreads on a baking paper-lined baking tray. Spread 1/2 cup pesto evenly over flatbreads.

Step 2 of 4

Preheat oven to 200°C/ 180°C fan-forced. Top flatbreads with half the cheese.

Step 3 of 4

Top with capsicum and remaining cheese. Bake for 15 minutes or until golden and bubbling.

Step 4 of 4

Dollop over remaining pesto. Slice and serve immediately.
