Make this cake a day in advance, so the flavour can develop.
Method
Step 1 of 4
Cover oranges with water and boil till soft, roughly about 60 minutes.
Step 2 of 4
Allow oranges to cool and chop them into pieces, removing any seeds. Preheat oven to 150 degree Celsius.
Step 3 of 4
Blend oranges until smooth. Add baking powder, eggs, sugar and almond meal.
Step 4 of 4
Pour into a lined baking tin and bake for 60 minutes, or until when a skewer comes out clean.
