Opt for this thick, creamy berry smoothie on busy mornings. It’s easy to whip up and makes for a filling and refreshing snack.

Method

Step 1 of 2

Reserve ¼ cup berries and ¼ tsp chia seeds. Place remaining berries and chia seeds in a blender with banana, milk, oats and yoghurt. Blitz until smooth.

Step 2 of 2

Pour among 4 glasses. Top with remaining berries and chia seeds. Serve.
