Description

These roasted parsnip wedges with savoury miso coating make a delicious accompaniment to grilled meats.

Method

Step 1 of 2

Pre-heat the oven to 180°C. Add the parsnip wedges, olive oil and miso paste to a large bowl and toss well to coat.

Step 2 of 2

Spread the wedges in a single layer on a baking sheet, using a second if necessary, and roast for 35-40 minutes, flipping halfway through cooking.
