  • 350grams Woolworths buttermilk pancake shaker
  • 30grams unsalted butter
  • 1 1/2 cups Greek-style natural yoghurt
  • 170grams blueberries
  • 1/3 cup Macro Organic natural raw nibble mix
  • 1/4 cup Woolworths maple syrup

Description

A delightful fusion of fluffy mini pancakes and your favourite toppings, perfectly portioned for a quick and satisfying weekday breakfast.

Method

Step 1 of 4

Add water following shaker instructions and shake for 30 seconds until thoroughly combined.

Step 2 of 4

Melt 10g butter in a large frying pan over low to medium heat. Using a teaspoon as a measure, pour batter into the pan to make mini pancakes. Cook for 90 seconds on each side or until bubbles begin to form, then flip and continue to cook until golden.

Step 3 of 4

Transfer mini pancakes to a plate. Repeat process using remaining butter and batter.

Step 4 of 4

Divide pancakes among serving bowls. Top with yoghurt, blueberries and nut mix. Serve drizzled with syrup.
