  • 1/2 cup sweet spiced gherkins, drained, thickly sliced

Description

Make the most of leftover lamb with this lamb burger recipe. The addition of a coleslaw kit makes this recipe perfect for the midweek dinner rush.

Method

Step 1 of 3

Place sauces and vinegar in a medium bowl and stir to combine. Add lamb and toss to coat.

Step 2 of 3

Combine coleslaw, noodles and half of the dressing from kit in a medium bowl. Season.

Step 3 of 3

Spread bun bases with remaining dressing. Top with lamb mixture, slaw and gherkins. Serve.
