Quick & easy way to have pork rashers.
Instruction tip
If the sauce is a bit sweet you could add a bit more of soy sauce.
Method
Step 1 of 5
Cut pork rashers into 1 inch pieces.
Step 2 of 5
Combine honey, soy sauce, minced garlic, 2 tbs sesame seeds and salt (to taste).
Step 3 of 5
Heat a frying pan and add pork rashers. Once cooked through put heat on low.
Step 4 of 5
Add prepared sauce and stir to make sure all the pork gets covered. Simmer for a few minutes until sauce is hot.
Step 5 of 5
Serve with the remaining 1 tsp of sesame seeds sprinkled over the pork. Enjoy.
