  • 5milliliter virgin olive oil spray
  • 250grams cheese, thinly sliced
  • 420grams Turkish bread loaf
  • 250grams free range leg ham, sliced

Method

Step 1 of 3

Preheat sandwich press. Cut Turkish loaf into 4 even pieces and split each through the centre to make 8 slices in total.

Step 2 of 3

Spread bases with pickles. Top ham with cheese. Finish with remaining bread. Spray both sides of each sandwich with olive oil.

Step 3 of 3

Transfer to sandwich press and cook for about 8-10 minutes or until golden and crisp. Halve each and serve.
