- 400grams ground pork
- 400grams chinese cabbage, grated
- 100grams scallions, chopped
- 50grams coriander, chopped
- 1 small green chilli, sliced
- 1 small red chilli, sliced
- 4tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 pinch salt
- 2tablespoons ginger, chopped
- 2teaspoons sesame oil
- 2 medium eggs, free range, cracked and whisked
- 8 sheets rice paper
Description
A traditionally Asian inspired pork snack with a hint of BBQ flavour.
Method
Step 1 of 6
Grate the cabbage and squeee as much liquid from it as possible and set to one side.
Step 2 of 6
Combine all the fresh ingreients and soy saouce with the cabbage and mix well.
Step 3 of 6
Place a teaspoon of filling onto each piece of rice paper. Carefully lift the walls of the rice paper up around the filling and twist to close. Allow the dumplings to set for 10 minutes. Cut off any excess rice paper.

Heat up a skillet to a medium heat with the sesame oil and fry the dumplings for 4 minutes, turning frequently.
Step 5 of 6
Preheat an oven to 160°C. Place the dumplings on a greased baking tray and cook in over for 6 minutes.
Step 6 of 6
Remove from the oven. Cut one dumpling in half to ensure the mince is cooked through. If not, return to oven for 4 minutes and recheck. Serve with a choice of dipping sauce and garnish with some chillies.
