After a refreshing summer beverage? Try this green smoothie recipe which uses fresh fruit and veg and is finished off with a zingy ginger and lime kick.

Method

Step 1 of 1

Place melon, cucumber and banana in a blender. Blend for 1 minute or until almost smooth. Add spinach, lime juice, ginger and 1 cup of ice cubes, then blend until smooth and frothy. Serve sprinkled with lime zest.
