  • 1 tub Chris’ Homestyle Tzatziki dip 200g
  • 3 ripe tomatoes
  • 1/2 red onion
  • 1 cucumber
  • 500grams lamb backstrap
  • 1 iceberg lettuce
  • 1/2 cup rocket
  • 1 bunch parsley

Method

Step 1 of 10

Preheat BBQ

Step 2 of 10

Season lamb with olive oil, salt, pepper, oregano & lemon

Step 3 of 10

Cook lamb on BBQ for 3 minute each side for medium-rare.

Step 4 of 10

Set aside and leave to rest for a least 5 minutes.

Step 5 of 10

While lamb is cooking, roughly chop up the tomatoes.

Step 6 of 10

Slice your cucumbers into quarters, finely chop the parsley and finely slice the red onion.

Step 7 of 10

Chop the lettuce into strips and combine with rocket.

Step 8 of 10

Mix all salad ingredients to combine!

Step 9 of 10

Slice lamb into pieces and place on top of salad.

Step 10 of 10

Finish with a dollop of Chris’ Tzatziki on top!
