  • 2tablespoons Woolworths 100% Canadian maple syrup
  • 1/4teaspoons Woolworths chilli flakes
  • 1/4 cup white wine vinegar
  • 2teaspoons Woolworths pure honey
  • 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
  • 1teaspoons Dijon mustard
  • 30grams baby rocket leaves
  • 1 baby cos lettuce, coarsely chopped
  • 1/2 bunch mint
  • 100grams Woolworths Danish-style feta
  • 2 cups white pickled grapes

Description

This refreshing salad isn't just vibrant and delicious. It's also budget-friendly and easy to prepare. With a tasty mix of fresh greens, juicy grapes, tangy feta cheese and crunchy pecans, it's a flavour match made in heaven!

Method

Step 1 of 2

Preheat oven to 180°C/160°C fan-forced. Grease and line a baking tray with baking paper. Add pecans, maple syrup and chilli flakes to prepared tray and stir to coat. Bake for 10 minutes or until golden. Set aside for 15 minutes to cool.

Step 2 of 2

Combine vinegar, honey, oil and mustard in a small jar. Secure with a lid and shake well. Place rocket, lettuce and mint on a platter. Top with feta, pickled grapes and candied pecans. Drizzle with dressing. Sprinkle with freshly ground black pepper. Serve.
