- 500grams curly fettuccine
- 1 1/3tablespoons sriracha
- 100grams pecorino, finely grated
- 50grams unsalted butter
- 4 cloves garlic, thinly sliced
- 2 sprigs parsley, finely chopped
Description
This easy pasta recipe will have dinner on the table in 25 minutes. Curly fettuccine is tossed through sriracha, pecorino and garlic butter.

Method
Step 1 of 4
Cook pasta in a large saucepan of boiling water according to packet instructions. Drain, reserving 1 cup cooking liquid.

Combine sriracha, reserved cooking liquid and half of the pecorino in a medium bowl.

Meanwhile, melt butter in a large saucepan over low heat. Add garlic and cook for 2 minutes, stirring, or until garlic starts to colour.
Step 4 of 4
Add pasta and sriracha mixture to pan. Cook for 3 minutes, stirring, or until pasta is warmed through and sauce has thickened. Divide pasta among bowls. Serve topped with remaining pecorino and parsley, and seasoned with pepper.
