Description
Get dinner on the table in 20 minutes with this easy fried rice recipe. What's even better is that this meal comes in at less than $2.50 per serve.
Method
Step 1 of 4
Heat half the oil in a large frying pan over medium heat. Add garlic and white part of onion. Cook, stirring, for 3 minutes or until starting to brown.
Step 2 of 4
Add rice and cook, stirring and breaking up rice with a wooden spoon, for 3 minutes or until heated through. Add soy and half of the kecap manis. Cook, stirring, for 2 minutes or until rice is evenly coated. Add vegetables and cook, stirring, for 3 minutes or until vegetables are heated through.

Meanwhile, add remaining oil to a large non-stick frying pan over medium heat. Crack eggs into pa, then cook for 2 minutes or until cooked to your liking.
Step 4 of 4
Divide rice among bowls and top with egg. Drizzle with remaining kecap manis and sprinkle with green part of onion
