Description
These crispy fish tacos are a perfect option for a quick and tasty meal the whole family will love. Enjoy the delightful fusion of textures and flavours.
Method
Step 1 of 3
Cook fish in a 5L air fryer at 200°C for 12 minutes, turning halfway, or until golden brown. Thinly slice onion. Place onion and vinegar in a bowl. Thinly slice lettuce and avocado.
Step 2 of 3
Heat a chargrill pan over high heat. Cook tortillas, in batches, for 1 minute each side or until browned.
Step 3 of 3
Combine sour cream and paprika in a small bowl. Top tortillas with lettuce, pickled onion, avocado, cheese, sour cream and fish. Serve sprinkled with coriander.
