  • 200grams sweetened condensed milk
  • 300milliliter thickened cream
  • 1 punnet strawberries, sliced
  • 1 punnet raspberries
  • 280grams premium white chocolate, melted, cooled (save 100g extra, peeled into curls)
  • 5milliliter canola cooking spray (for greasing)
  • 1 1/3 cup pistachios, coarsely chopped (save 1/3 cup, chopped)

Method

Step 1 of 3

Lightly grease a 14x21cm deep loaf pan. Using an electric mixer, beat cream and sweetened condensed milk, until thick and creamy; fold in melted white chocolate and pistachios.

Pour mixture into prepared pan. Smooth surface; cover with plastic wrap; freeze overnight.

Step 3 of 3

Dip pan in hot water for 10 seconds. Turn out onto a serving platter. Serve topped with raspberries, strawberries, extra pistachios and white chocolate curls.
