- 520grams crunchy noodle coleslaw kit
- 1/4 cup roasted unsalted peanuts (roughly chopped)
- 375grams Cook sweet chilli lime kebabs

Description
Four ingredients and 15 minutes is all you need for this delicious chicken slaw recipe. Using pre-marinated chicken makes this meal super quick and full of flavour.
Method
Step 1 of 4
Using a fork, remove chicken from skewers.
Step 2 of 4
Heat 2 tsp peanut oil in a non-stick frying pan over medium-high heat. Cook chicken, turning occasionally, for 10 minutes or until cooked through. Transfer to a bowl.
Step 3 of 4
Place coleslaw, reserving dressing and crispy noodles, in a large bowl. Add coriander and toss to combine.
Step 4 of 4
Top coleslaw mixture with chicken. Scatter over peanuts and reserved crispy noodles. Drizzle over reserved dressing. Serve.
