Description
A frothy espresso kick complete with chocolate drizzle and Ferrero Rocher, these espresso 'martini' mocktails are every bit as deluxe as the real deal.
Instruction tip
Variation:For an alcoholic version, add 60ml coffee liqueur to coffee mixture.
Method
Step 1 of 2
Place coffee, maple syrup, milk and cream in a cocktail shaker. Secure lid and shake for 2 minutes or until well combined and frothy. Divide chocolate syrup between 2 martini glasses.
Step 2 of 2
Divide coffee mixture between glasses. Sprinkle glasses with dark chocolate. Cut a small slit into Ferrero Rochers, then arrange 1 chocolate on rim of each glass. Serve immediately.
