- 1 wholemeal mission pizza base
- 50grams tomato paste
- 1 red skin potato
- 3 mushrooms
- 1/2 red capsicum
- 10 green olives, pitted and halved
- 2tablespoons cream cheese
- 1 cup grated pizza mix cheese
Description
An easy vegetarian pizza you can make at home.
Method
Step 1 of 2
Pre-heat the oven to 180° (not fan forced). Cover the pizza base in tomato paste. Chop & halve mushrooms, pan fry in butter till slightly brown. Layer onto tomato paste.
Step 2 of 2
Add cheese preference. If you like crispy potatos, slice finely and roast in oven with oil for ten minutes. Cover pizza base with cheese, layer slices of potato around the base. Add capsicum, olives, and dollops of cream cheese. If you want to mix it up, you can add any kind of fruity relish, tomato, fig or mango based chutneys work really well with the tomato base. Cook for ten minutes or until desired crispiness.
