Description

The whole family will love this delicious spaghetti marinara recipe that is full of flavour and ready in 20 minutes, perfect for a quick midweek dinner.

Method

Step 1 of 4

Cook pasta in a saucepan of boiling, salted water according to packet instructions. Drain.

Step 2 of 4

Meanwhile, place anchovies, including oil, in a large, deep frying pan over medium-high heat for 1 minute. Add garlic and chilli, then cook, stirring, for 1 minute or until fragrant. Add wine, if using, then bring to the boil.

Step 3 of 4

Add tomatoes and bring to the boil. Reduce heat to medium and simmer, uncovered, for 5 minutes to allow flavours to infuse. Add seafood, then cook for 4 minutes or until seafood is just cooked through. Add pasta and toss to coat.

Step 4 of 4

Meanwhile, prepare salad according to packet instructions. Scatter parsley over pasta, then serve with salad.
