- 400grams lean beef mince, see tipingredient tipUse-it-up tipCook leftover mince with some veggies to make a quick savoury snack. Serve spooned over wholemeal toast.
- a pinch Mexican chilli powder
- 4 Woolworths soft wholegrain wraps
- 2 large tomatoes, diced
- 1 avocado, diced
- 1/4 bunch coriander, leaves chopped
- extra virgin olive oil cooking spray
- 4 slices light tasty cheese
- 4 cups shredded iceberg lettuce
- 1/3 cup light Greek-style natural yoghurt
Method
Step 1 of 4
Combine mince and powder in a bowl. Divide evenly into 4 portions. Using clean hands, press mince mixture evenly over wraps, leaving a 2cm border around the edge.

Combine tomato, avocado and coriander in a small bowl.
Step 3 of 4
Heat a large non-stick frying pan over medium heat. Spray mince side of 1 wrap with oil then place mince-side down and cook, pressing down occasionally, for 3 minutes or until cooked through. Flip and cook other side for 2 minutes or until golden. Transfer to a plate. Repeat with remaining wraps.
Step 4 of 4
Top with cheese, lettuce, tomato mixture and yoghurt. Fold in half and serve immediately.
