Description
This refreshing mango sorbet with pistachio and honey is what summer dreams are made of and it's so easy to make.
Method
Step 1 of 2
Place mango, lemon juice and 1 tbs honey in a blender and blitz until smooth. Spoon mixture into a loaf pan and smooth top. Sprinkle with pistachios. Freeze for 4 hours or until firm.
Step 2 of 2
Drizzle with remaining honey. Serve.
