- 350grams Pasta Roma gluten-free spirals
- 1tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
- 500grams diced chicken breast
- 2teaspoons Woolworths Italian dried herbs
- 500grams Leggo's bechamel sauce
- 60grams baby spinach leaves
Description
This luscious chicken pasta bake, perfect for a budget-friendly weeknight dinner, feels like a special treat.
Method
Step 1 of 3
Preheat oven to 200°C/180°C fan-forced. Bring a large pot of water to a boil. Add pasta and cook according to packet instructions. Drain and set aside.
Step 2 of 3
Meanwhile, heat oil in a large frying pan over medium heat. Add chicken and cook, stirring occasionally, for 10 minutes or until browned. Season. Add herbs and stir to combine. Remove chicken from pan and set aside.
Step 3 of 3
Add half of the spinach and cook for 1 minute or until wilted. Add spinach, bechamel sauce and pasta to a large baking dish and stir to combine. Top with chicken. Bake for 15 minutes or until lightly browned. Top with remaining spinach. Serve.
