Method

Step 1 of 4

Place undrained beans in a microwave-safe bowl. Cover and microwave on high for 2 minutes, stirring halfway through, or until heated through.

Step 2 of 4

Meanwhile, preheat oven grill on high. Place corn strips in a large ovenproof dish.

Step 3 of 4

Spoon over warm beans and scatter with cheese. Place under grill for 5 minutes or until cheese is golden and melted.

Step 4 of 4

Top with avocado and season with pepper. Serve.
