  • 200grams dark chocolate, chopped
  • 80grams copha
  • 6 scoop vanilla ice-cream
  • 6 ice-cream waffle cones (or cone cups)
  • 1tablespoons sprinkles (for topping)
  • 1tablespoons m&m's mini (for topping)
  • 1tablespoons nuts, chopped (for topping)
  • 1tablespoons caramel fudge, finely chopped (for topping)

Method

Step 1 of 3

Combine chocolate and vegetable shortening solid cooking block in a heatproof bowl over simmering water. Stir until melted. Set aside for 5 minutes.

Step 2 of 3

Scoop ice-cream into cones or cups and dip into the chocolate mixture to coat. Quickly add your choice of toppings.

Step 3 of 3

Place each choc top into a plastic bag and twist to seal. Freeze before serving.
