  • 1 drop yellow food colouring
  • 30milliliter vodka
  • 15milliliter parfait amour
  • 1/2 lemon, juiced
  • 3 drops grenadine
  • 15milliliter blue curacao
  • 30milliliter sugar syrup
  • 1 blackcurrant crystal stick

Method

Step 1 of 2

Preheat oven to 200°C/180°C fan-forced. Line a large baking tray with baking paper. Pour glucose on tray, then spread into a thin layer. Add red and yellow colouring. Use a skewer to marble colours. Bake for 15 minutes or until bubbles form. Allow to cool completely.

Step 2 of 2

Combine vodka, parfait amour, lemon juice, grenadine, blue curacao and sugar syrup in a cocktail shaker half-filled with ice. Shake well. Strain into a 250ml glass. Serve garnished with sugar tuile and crystal stick.
