Description

A side of crispy fried gnocchi makes a great replacement for roast potatoes or chips.

Method

Step 1 of 2

Cook the gnocchi in a pan of boiling water for 2 minutes and drain well. Pat dry with kitchen paper.

Step 2 of 2

Heat the oil in a large pan and cook the gnocchi and garlic for 6-7 minutes until golden and crisp. Season and serve.
