  • 5milliliter vegetable oil
  • 1L Connoisseur classic vanilla ice cream, softened
  • 1/2 cup frozen raspberries
  • 25grams roasted hazelnuts, chopped
  • 25grams pistachios, chopped
  • 25grams dark chocolate, chopped
  • 30milliliter maple syrup
  • 1/2 cup frozen mixed berries (to decorate )

Method

Step 1 of 5

Lightly brush oil on the inside of a 1.5 litre capacity bowl. Line the bowl with a double layer of plastic wrap or baking paper, leaving approximately 10cm of overhang.

Step 2 of 5

Transfer Connoisseur Classic Vanilla Ice Cream to a large bowl. Gently fold in the raspberries, hazelnuts, pistachios, and chocolate.

Step 3 of 5

Transfer to the lined bowl and cover the top of the ice cream with a round piece of baking paper. Fold overhanging cling wrap/baking paper.

Step 4 of 5

Place in the freezer for at least 24hrs.

Step 5 of 5

Lift the pudding out of the bowl and transfer to a cold serving plate. Decorate with berries and drizzle with maple syrup.
